Below you will see a list of various maintenance services which we are able to assist you with, please note that it is unlikely most users will ever need these. Services such as software transfers, Perl module installation and software upgrades can be completed without our intervention free of charge, and we will of course offer support, but for users who are not confident in doing so or would simply prefer we take care of everything we offer the following options.

Perl Module Installation
£49 £39 GBP
Full installation of all the Perl modules required by OpenCrypt including; DBI/DBD, Date::Calc, Crypt::CBC, Crypt::Blowfish, MIME::Lite and MIME::Types as is necessary. Note, your system administrator should take care of this free of charge, if you have the cPanel control panel you can self-install the modules. This service requires you have root/superuser SSH or telnet access to the web server.

Custom Database Import Tool
Free or £29+ GBP
If you have an existing user database we can import the data into OpenCrypt, whenever possible this is done free of charge, a small payment may be required for more complex import tools.

Software Upgrade
£39 GBP per hour
If for some reason you are unable to run an OpenCrypt automated upgrade, or would like us to take care of your upgrade. Note, if you are not running a customised version of OpenCrypt, only 1 hour should be required!

Second Installation

If for some reason your installation is disrupted and you need OpenCrypt re-installing. Note, one free installation is included with our OpenCrypt licenses.

Installation Move/Transfer
£39 GBP per hour
Moving web hosting or server, we can transfer your OpenCrypt installation for you, disruption free. Note, if you are not running a customised version of OpenCrypt and have less than 10,000 users, only 1 hour should be required!
