For users with high-demand installations of OpenCrypt, we offer a range of software monitoring and backup services to help you maintain a constant and un-disrupted membership service.
Monitoring
Our software monitoring services are maintained automatically by our servers, on a scheduled basis our system will contact your installation of OpenCrypt and will verify everything is functioning correctly, including the member's area(s), the database, the outgoing email system and the performance of your installation. Should an error occur, your administrator(s) and the OpenCrypt support team will be automatically notified of the issue, the OpenCrypt support team will then ensure the issue is resolved within a matter of minutes.
Basic Monitoring £10 GBP per month 2 inspections per day by our servers. 730 inspections per year.
Advanced Monitoring £25 GBP per month 24 inspections per day by our server. 8760 inspections per year.

Backup
Software backups are made automatically by our servers on a scheduled basis, backups include all user data, all mySQL database data and your OpenCrypt system configuration data. Data and configuration can be restored from your backups archive automatically using your OpenCrypt software, and can be imported into a new installation for instant set-up.
Basic Backup £10 GBP per month 2 backups per week. 104 backups per year. 5 backups archived.
Advanced Backup £25 GBP per month 1 backup per day. 365 backup per year. 30 backups archived.
Software backup files are limited to 250Mb which is over three million database records, an OpenCrypt installation with 250,000 users can run un-consolidated for over a year without building a database this large. For larger databases please contact us for pricing.
