The OpenCrypt Affiliate System add-on allows your web site users and visitors to earn money or even cheaper subscriptions by referring new users to your web site. The system is very flexible depending on who has referred the new customer, this can be a current user or an affiliate.

Affiliates can register via an online interface and also have an account manager to update account details and view statistics. Once registered, affiliates are given a referral URL for your web site, when a visitor uses the referral URL and then makes a purchase, a commission or fixed amount is automatically applied to the affiliates account. The same applies to your normal web site users, but in this case discounts can be applied to the users renewal fee, rather than paying a commission directly.

The system enables you to offer subscription discounts to current customers based on a fixed amount or a percentage, and affiliates can earn a fixed or percentage amount of each sale referred. The system also integrates with the OpenCrypt points system.

The affiliate system also offers a coupon code system which offers a percentage or fixed amount discount, the difference with the coupon code system is that these can be entered during the registration process, and discounts are made to the amount being paid by the registering user rather than being applied to another users account.
