The OpenCrypt Ad Manager add-on enables you to manage your online advertising and dynamic content and offers comprehensive advert serving tools. The OpenCrypt Ad Manager includes in-valuable ad targeting functions which enable you to setup highly targeted adverts and marketing campaigns - this functionality would usually only be found on bespoke enterprise systems.

The ad manager enables you to target adverts with programming-style queries and allows you to compare any item of data associated to a users account when targeting an advert. Firstly you can target ads to users who are and are not logged in, those users who are logged in will have account data available enabling us to target ads to specific membership/subscription groups, as well as targeting based on custom form field data. This functionality is in-valuable and extremely powerful, for example we are able to target ads to users who are located in a specific country, or we could even target the ads down to a street or postal/zip code level. The possibilities are endless, you could even setup an ad targeted to users who have an email address containing the letter 'a'.

The ad manager offers support for both image and HTML ads and also uses a zones system enabling you to setup different ad groups, for example to display a banner in your header, and a smaller ad in your site's sidebar. The ability to enter your own HTML and to target by zone gives you limitless control and means you could even use the ad manager to manage your dynamic web site content, enabling you to target content elements based on user data without the need to customise your site.

The system offers full impression and click tracking including unique click tracking. Ads can be limited to a maximum number of impressions or clicks, and can have customisable start and end dates. Ads are also grouped in campaigns, each campaign can have unlimited ads and each zone can have unlimited campaigns.

The system also enables you to associate a campaign to an individual user enabling that user to view the statistics for adverts via the user account manager interface.
