Un-blocking users from the OpenCrypt system.
Go to the 'Database Management' section of the administration panel and select 'mySQL Table Management'.
Clear the 'oc_block_users' database.
If the user is blocked from the administration panel, clear the 'oc_admin_statistics' database.
If the user is blocked from a member's area, clear the 'oc_statistics' database, then go back to the 'Database Management section and select '.htaccess Rebuild'.
