ionix Limited is seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in computing and the Internet to assist with the maintenance and development of our various online products and services. Roles include assisting with customer enquiries, including both sales and support, web site design and management, content writing, software testing and marketing.
Programming experience is not required, but would be of great benefit - applicants with PHP or Perl experience will be favoured. Web or software development, customer relation, web site design (HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript), search engine optimisation and content writing experience and skills are necessary, only fluent English speaking applicants need apply though second languages are of great benefit, A familiarity with our products and services will also be of great use.
Hours are negotiable and flexible, preferably a minimum of 8 hours per day, 6 days per week - not necessarily within UK office hours though a minimum of 4 hours per day must be between 9am and 6pm GMT. Pay is negotiable and will be on an hourly basis, paid either bi-weekly or monthly. Telecommuting is welcomed, though applicants in the east of England will be favoured.
